Licences and rules for using photographs
In my shop, you will find photographs available both in digital and printed form. To suit different needs, I offer two types of licences: standard and extended.
Standard licence
This is the basic form of licence, which allows broad and unlimited use of photographs in personal projects and small-scale commercial projects. It is ideal for online content creators, bloggers, small businesses, and private individuals. Examples of use include:
-
illustrations on websites and in apps,
-
graphics for newsletters and online promotional materials,
-
social media posts and videos published on platforms such as YouTube,
-
small advertising campaigns and low-budget video productions,
-
printing promotional materials and packaging (up to 500,000 copies),
-
use for private and non-commercial purposes.
Extended licence
If you are planning a large-scale project – for example, a brand promotion campaign, large-scale printed publications, or physical products with prints – you may choose the extended licence. It offers greater flexibility and removes restrictions related to budget or print runs. It covers, among others:
-
use of photographs in products intended for sale (e.g. posters, merchandise, albums),
-
use in templates that will be further shared or sold,
-
decorating business spaces, service venues, or offices.
If you are unsure which option will best suit your project – please get in touch. I will be happy to advise!
